Take the Uncharged Stone to Balam’s Thumb.

Description

The stones the Ogran demand in tribute are very similar to the one you brought me, except they don’t seem to glow with power. Take one of these stones to the obelisk they call Balam’s Thumb. See how the stone reacts to the power emanating from the obelisk.
Progress
Balam’s Thumb seems to be the center of their attention. It must be somehow related to their strange magics.
Completion
The stone hums with energy until it becomes too uncomfortable to hold. Once the stone hits the ground it blasts into several peices around the area.
